  1. The documents you are purchasing are, and remain, the exclusive property of PainSmith Solicitors.  PainSmith Solicitors grant you or your organisation a licence for the unlimited use of the enclosed documents for an indefinite period subject to the following conditions:

    1. These documents are for use in the running of your business or the letting of your personal property only and must not be passed to any third party without the permission of PainSmith Solicitors.
    2. The copyright of these documents resides with PainSmith Solicitors and any copyright notices or PainSmith Solicitors identifying markers must not be removed from them.  Any amendments you might make to these documents will be your own but will not affect PainSmith’s copyright over the other parts of the document.
  2. PainSmith Solicitors accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage you might suffer as a result of your failure to properly understand these documents, any errors you might make in completing them or any failure to complete them fully or delete any parts which do not apply to your own situation.
  3. While these documents are correct at the date of purchase, the law changes periodically and PainSmith Solicitors are therefore unable to provide an ongoing warrant as to their effectiveness.

  5. A breach of any of the terms and conditions in this licence will lead to its immediate revocation and the withdrawal of your consent to make use of the documents you have purchased.
