Supplier Agreement

This agreement os for a lettings agent to use when instructing suppliers and contractors on behalf of their landlord clients.  It is desinged to pass liability for defective work on the the contractor and to ensure that the landlord retains the primary responsibility for paying the contractor's invoice.  It also sets out a number of good practice points tat contractors should adhere to.

NB. This agreement requires that the supplier adheres to the agent's non-discrimination policy which you can obtain here.
