Section 13 Notice (Wales)

This notice is used to increase the rent in a periodic assured or assured shorthold tenancy.  It is only for use in Wales.  This notice cannot be used to increase the rent during the fixed term of a tenancy and is only to be used ince the tenancy has become a statutory periodic tenancy.  It cannot be used until 12 months after the start of the tenancy and cannot be used to increase the rent more often than every 12 months.
