Deed of variation for tenancies converting to ASTs- DPS

On 1 October many common law tenancies in England will become Assured Shorthold Tenancies.  It may be the case that on this date these tenancies will need to have their deposits registered.  This deed of variation changes the terms of the original common law tenancy to reflect that the deposit has been lodged with the custodial deposit protection scheme operated by the Deposit Protection Service.

NB.  This agreement is not required for Wales at this time
