Deed of Surrender

This is a basic template to be used where the landlord and tenant have agreed that teh tenant should be allowed to leave the tenancy before the end of the fixed term by way of a surrender to the landlord.

Please note that this Deed is not designed to deal with anything other than the most basic surrender terms and you should seek legal advice if you are unsure as to how it should be used.
