Business Release Clause

In company let tenancy agreements it is common for the company tenant to demand a right to break the tenancy agreement where it is necessary for business reasons to transfer the employee occupier to another location which is too far away to allow of reasonable commuting.  This clause creates such a break right.  It also allows for a break right where the tenant dies, resigns, or is incapacitated and unable to continue their work.
