Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement- DPS

This Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement is for use in England and Wales only where the tenancy deposit is held for the purposes of the Housing Act 2004 in the Deposit Protection Service Custodial Scheme.  This agreement has options to allow for the landlord or agent being registered with the DPS.

This agreement is designed primarily for use by lettings agents and not by individual private landlords.
