Helpline Terms and Conditions
The Helpline will be provided upon the following conditions;1. All advice is given in good faith and is based upon the information supplied by the user at the time. PainSmith Solicitors cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by the user or their clients if inaccurate or incomplete information is given.
2. Advice is provided solely by telephone and will not be provided in writing.
3. Advice given is specific to the individual case being discussed
4. Advice is provided Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm.
5. The helpline does not include:
a. drafting or amendment of documents or clauses,
b. preparation of letters, or
c. supporting you through litigation which we are not involved in.
6. Helpline services will be withdrawn if accounts are in arrears
All other services will be subject to an additional charge plus VAT.
