Arbitration

Arbitration has long been used in tenancy disputes as a method of resolving difficulties. It has seen particular use in commercial and agricultural tenancy disputes but the increases in Court fees has meant that arbitration is increasingly becoming valuable in lower value claims as well. The ability to enforce arbitral decisions accross international borders, often more easily than Court decisions, has encouraged its use in relation to property matters.

PainSmith Solicitors has a wide range of experience in drawing up arbitration agreements, representing clients in arbitration, and in enforcing arbitration awards.
